HARASSMENT

MBD Inc bought my Standard Bank credit card debt. I have been declared insolvent in July 2021; I have send them messages via e-mail including the court order, I have answered the phone and explained this to them. They phone me EVERY DAY, even on weekends to try and bully me into making payment. I DO NOT have the funds, my husband has kidney failure and all my funds goes towards his treatment because we do not have medical aid and the state aren't able to give him the treatment. Due to this I had to file for insolvency. I keep receiving phone calls, and sms's informing me that they will be taking legal action. The read receipt that I placed on the e-mail I sent showing my insolvency court order, came back twice, both times saying that my mail was deleted without being read.

I am tired of being HARASSED. I block all there calls on truecaller, but they simply phone from other numbers, how many number do these people have? I am EXTREMELY annoyed with this company, and I have reached a point where I am now going to start looking at what my rights are against HARASSMENT. I have had it with these sharks.
