Harassment
Let’s put it like this I’ve asked multiple times to stop contacting my company but I still get harassed I’ve sent multiple emails to cease contact with my working space I know your dumb ass agents don’t control the dialer And I know you guys work for MBD at Nutun in Umhlanga holwood park
But understand this as yourll keep contact my work space I will never stop complaining regarding the harassment till I sue the **** out of you guys and yourll can then settle my accounts whether it takes 1 year or 10 years from today, but CDC and legal practice council will never stop receiving my complaints till it’s dealt and handled with my lawyers rightly for Harassment Invasion of privacy Breach of the debt collection regulations under the Council for Debt Collectors and possibly the National Credit Regulator rules.
I hope that sounds fair tit for tat.

Please be advised that this matter is no longer limited to ordinary debt collection communication, but now concerns continued harassment and ******** conduct despite prior written notice.
You are entitled to make lawful and reasonable contact regarding an account. However, you are not entitled to repeatedly contact my workplace, ignore written instructions, or continue conduct that amounts to harassment and reputational harm.
I have retained records of all communication, including previous emails requesting that workplace contact cease immediately. Despite this, the conduct has continued without any meaningful response or resolution from your side.
Your failure to address this matter appropriately leaves me with no option but to escalate it further through the relevant regulatory and legal channels for formal investigation.
Please further note that I will be pursuing compensation and settlement for the stress, inconvenience, workplace disruption, and harassment caused as a result of your continued actions.
