Harassment and Spamming

I have been harassed by this company for the past 4 months. Took out a new contract with vodacom, unfortunately my new number most recently belonged to someone else. Since November I have been telling mdb I have no relation to this person. To make things worse mdb is now calling me on my personal number that has belonged to me for 12+ years. I have sent emails, called customer service and told 50+ agents that I do not know this person and that the number no longer belongs to him/her. The icing on the cake is of the 10 calls I get per day from mdb, 80% just hang up when I answer. At this point this has to be in violation of the POPIA act!
