Harassment and Negligence

This company is useless when it comes to admin. For 4 months I have been in communication, sending affidavits and signatures regarding a Vodacom account taken *****ulently on my name. With evidence provided and sent I have received no assistance and just constant harassment and terrible service. Nobody can give me any solutions on the matter and an employee even said “with everything provided, this matter should have been resolved”. I am not happy and need this to be sorted. A 1 star rating is too high for the nonsense that comes from this company.
