Harassment and incorrect charges
Continues bombardment of e-mails and calls. Asked for a detailed statement a 100 times with no joy. Call centre agents with bad attitudes give me incorrect information. My statement escalates after payments instead of decreasing. No help from anybody and suspicious charges suspected, hence the reluctance to send me detailed statements.
