HARASSMENT AND FAILED TO ALLOCATE PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY
I am made a payment with these stupid people for an amount that was given by them which I owed, after making the payment and send through all the relevant doc's, they still calling me saying i'm still owing when asking where is that amount coming from they telling me to send an email to their queries department off which i'm still waiting for a letter confirming that the payment was made . These people are ****en *******'s and they need to be reported ASAP.
