Harassment and disturbance
MBD debt collectors have been calling me for more than a week and I am feeling like I am being harassed because I keep on telling them I am not Iris Chauke, I don't know the person, it must be a wrong number. The last consultant came with a lame excuse that I must be patient and receive the calls because it's auto dialed by the computer their customer service is not working. Like really? I am tired because I am such a busy person even if I wasn't I can't keep answering this kind of call. I don't owe them. They must do research and stop calling my number ***.

18 Jan 2022, 16:31Thank you for your response and for bringing it to my attention that companies like yours only listen when we involve Hellopeter. I am so grateful for this platform because it gives us voices when we're being insulted and not listened to. The last consultant exchanged words with me in my anger she ended up saying "yoh hayi abantu abamnyama!" To me, that is blasphemy and shows that she is not apologetic that they are calling and according to her it was something I should be patient with because they are working online and they don't have customer service. I will repeat it again " Thank you Hellopeter"
