Harassment

MBD ,they are a bunch of ********s who just take people's money and fail to send them their paid. It's been a year now I've been requesting my paid up letter but seems like they don't want to send it to me and I paid up my account last year. I can't do anything because this is affecting my credit score. I'm even thinking of going over to their offices myself because they are failing me even tenacity doesn't get any communication from them
