Harassment!!!

Just like a lot of other South Africans, I went through a bad patch financially and my Foshini account was handed to MBD legal.<br> <br> I made an arrangement to pay an amount each month on the 26th and they kept on pushing me to sign for a debit order. I refused as I already had a bad experience with another company. <br> <br> Every month on the 26 I get a phone call to remind me about my payment, and after receiving payment I get a phone call to say thank you for my payment and to remind me about the next payment. Doesn't sound that bad... Well here is the catch... I get SMS'es daily. I was in hospital and missed a payment, but I paid 5x what I have arranged to pay 4 months ago to avoid phone calls for the 1 month I cant pay. I told them about it and apparently they don't care. I receive tons of phone calls every day. Even when I told them I'm in hospital. They phone me at work, embarrassing me. They even phone me up to 9 in the evenings. <br> <br> They have NO respect and no sense of privacy. And the cherry on top is that they are so rude! I refuse to make any payment further until this stops and I get an apology. They are the rudest, most irritating and inhuman company I have ever seen!
