Harassment

In February alone I have been called 35 times. I have taken they abuse and harassments. I have been told I was not a client but a debtor and that I dont listen and that they will not put the call through to they manager, and that if I want the calls to stop I must arrange a debit order. My proof of payment for February was sent and confirmed that it was received. I dont know what Right they have to call and intermediate me everyday.
