Harassment

I am absolutely fed up with MBD!!!. I have made arrangements quite some time back to pay what I.can afford until such time as I.can beafford to pay more. Despite making arrangements to pay, making this offer and the ndertaking to pay, MBD is however still calling me every single day to follow up on payment. If it's not a phone call like 7am each morning or a callring durimg working hours or an SMS or emails claiming that I've not paid and so on. These harassment calls are even being received around 7am on a Saturday. I have tried to entertain and tolerate the calls, but I've lost.my temper now.and feel that the calls are becoming harassing. Even despite having told them that I've made arrangements and that I have been paying the agreed upon amount diligenly but this is draining mentally and physically one can't call a number to lodge a complaint or report them.
