Harassment
We are continually harassed to pay an amount to Telkom. We have sen them proof that the account has a zero balance, but they keep harassing us, with the agent literally shouting at me. This account is not even in my name. Any further conduct like this and I will report them to the Council for Debt Collectors. This is an infringement of my rights.
