HARASSMENT

I receive calls every single month,throughout the month.I am well aware that my account has been in arreas,ive been making payment every month,but im constantly being ****ing harassed with call even after I set up payment arrangements. I have asked them several times to contact me via email if anything needs to be brought to my attention. STOP ***EN CALLING ME!!
