Harassment

I have an account that I'm paying off with MBD Inc, I used to pay my own installment every month. After a few months, I was asked to make debit order arrangements. I decided it would be a lot easier, and made the arrangements. Then all of a sudden they would take the debit amount of my account 5 days or more earlier. I then stopped my debit order, and started paying my installments again. From then on I get phoned 5 or more times before my installment date, after my installment date, you name it. I get threatening text messages saying it could result in further action if I don't pay (this is after I have made my payment due). I phoned MBD Inc this morning to ask them to please not send me threatening messages after I have already made my payment due for this month. The lady on the line then dropped the call in my ear. This is a very poor example of service. I understand that it can be difficult to phone people the whole day for payments, etc.. But it is not right to treat people this way if we do pay our account religiously. I do not appreciate being threatened after I already paid my installment. If I do default on my installment, then you have the right to be a bit more aggressive, but I have given you no reason for this treatment.
