Harassment

It is 2 weeks later and nothing has changed.... Yes, I did get a responding mail, sending me the account breakdown, "as requested", according to them. Still receiving weekly sms's and regular phone calls from consultants who don't speak clearly and I always have to ask to repeat themselves. Even after I've confirmed with Cell C themselves that I do not have any account with them, MBD is still harassing me. I've been blocking every number they contact me from, but each time they use another one... Is this a **** company?? Because surely something does not make sense.
