I have had so many calls from your company, which is now becoming annoying. Your consultants are calling & messaging on numbers that are not conected to me. STOP HARASSING THESE PEOPLE!!! I have spoken to a consultant who I didn't quite understand. When I requested a complete breakdown & proof of what they were trying to tell me I was told there is nothing & this must be done telephonically. Really???? I want hard proof. So eventually I get a one page letter sent. I can't read it as it is so blurred. Next step is I go online to check the validity of MBD. Well then I see & start reading. I am totally shocked. What are you people running?

PLEASE: • YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF - BLURRED 1 PAGE COPY IS NOT A COMPLETE BREAKDOWN AS PER THE SERVICE PROVIDER • YOU HARASS PEOPLE WITH CALLS & MESSAGES THAT ARE NOT CONECTED TO THE PERSON IN QUESTION STOP THIS IMMEDIATELY!

I have read up on my rights. So please go & do the same.

I went to debt counselling in September 2017. They are handling all my outstanding debt. When they did a credit check to see what I owe this so called debt never came up. This is the red flag that tells me you are trying your luck.

I do not have to sign or agree to anything over the phone or by any other form.

You have not been at all professional.
