HARASSMENT
They call everyday, after having a debit order loaded. I requested that they correspond only via email as they are harassing me at work, to which they rep**** they cant, yet they can email me confirmation once I have given banking details over the phone!!!! I have requested a copy of the signed contract acknowledging my debt as well as a statement of account of what I have paid and no-one can give it to me. The call centre staff are rude and abrupt, the is no etiquette or professionalism displayed by this company and their staff. Legally, you cannot harass me at work.............

04 Jan 2018, 17:01It would be super special if MBD could get there act together. I am growing rather tiresome of your threatening text messages.
I just received yet another one of your love notes, threatening me as you claim I have not made payment.
Maybe if you checked your records you would see that payment was made on Wednesday 27th December via a stop order I have arranged with my bank, using the reference one of your agents gave the lady assisting me at Capitec bank. ( ********** ********** 00)
If the above reference number is incorrect, I suggest you contact me as previously requested via email to rectify as I am making payment possibly to someone else!!!!
I sincerely request that I do not get harassed anymore as I have on numerous occasions asked for a statement and signature on documents signed to MBD that I am indebted to you.
If I do not get a response to clarify the above, I will stop the payments immediately.
Again, kindly send a statement of account and proof of debt.
