Harassment

I am consulted a lawyer and we are going to open a case of harassment against them. They have been phoning me up to 4 times a day and has recently started to phone me from as early as 6 in the morning. I have made several payment arrangements and has promised to settle month end however they phone and phone with the same story! I will not make any further payments now on this account. I will phone the party directly and also notify them as to why. The lawyer will also go to court and we will get this written off so instead off getting the money you will now get nothing.
