Harassment

<p>These people keep sending me messages and calling my work saying I have outstanding debt that I am not paying. I have tried on numberous occasions to contact them in order to resolve the matter, each time you call you speak to another person, explain your problem and provide the proof that the account has been paid in full. The next day another message and calls, this has been going on now for several weeks and I still cannot get any joy resolving this matter. Have laid a complaint with the Credit Ombusman in desperation to have them stop harassing me!</p>
