Harassment

<p>I have been contacted by MBD legal collections asking me to start paying for a Standardbank LOAN I took out. Problem is I have NEVER taken out a Standardbank loan and I have also never been contacted by standard bank about anything. </p> <p>I told this to the consultant who then said its not her problem and its my ID number so I must pay. I told her that I want to see proof of where I took out a loan and where I signed for it she then merely refuses. I then asked for proof of anything to take this matter further as I did not take out a loan but they never send anything. It has come to the point where they are harrasing me at wor**** And still I have no proof of anyting, I will not be forced to pay for a loan I did not take out. </p> <p>I had a standard bank cheque account over two years ago with NO overdraft or anything and I have never been contacted by standard bank since I changed to FNB now this!!! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
