Harassment

I have a complaint about MBD credit solutions. I have a edcon debt that was handed over to them. 25th August I called them asking for statement and i received one on the 28 August 2025. I was given 7 days to pay the settlement on the letter but when I called the Agent said until 31 September. I made the payment on Monday 08/09/2025 for full amount that was written for Settlement and I forwarded the Proof of payment including the letter/statement that was send to me. On Wednesday 10/09/25 I called for a paid up letter and i was told I am still owing and The amount that is on that Letter was suppose to be paid on the 8/09/2025 (of which it was oaid on that day)stating on their system I paid it on the 09/09 which is i dont qualify anymore, I told them as soon I was done paying I sent them the proof of payment on Monday also with the letter and after that There was stories and i was asked to call on the 12/09. I called them that day and i was told they can't help me with this I should wait for a call from The admin side and than I asked when should I expect the call The agent said she does not know. I cant continue to pay other accounts with them with this one still not resolved
