HARASSMENT

MBD started phoning and sms'ing my mom for someone she knows' debt. As my mom is disabled and has a cochlear implant, I phoned MBD and gave them this person's CORRECT contact details. After I contacted them, they started phoning and sms'ing me too!!! AGAIN, I told the consultant who phoned me that they have the WRONG contact details and AGAIN I gave them the correct contact details. I also asked them to REMOVE my and my mom's telephone numbers.

So, MBD, as per the POPI ACT, I ask again (and this time publicly) that you remove our contact details and use the CORRECT details given to you!!!! If you did your job correctly, a simple telephone number search will tell you that our numbers DOES NOT belong to the person you are looking for!!

Should my mom or myself receive ANY calls or sms's from you again, I WILL take legal action against you for harassment and contravening of the POPI Act.
