Harassment 02
I am harassed by these lawyers consultants everyday sending messages, receiving calls and even emails about an account I have paid up " Capfin". I have emailed proof so many times to many of their rude consultants trying to prove that I don't owe anything but yet nothing happens. I don't know what to do anymore, they have even ruined my credit history because of their false claims and summons have been dropped at my house for something I don't know. I HAVE BEEN BLACKLISTED for nothing because they are quick to claim no payment. Am devastated pls help.

26 Jan 2023, 02:47Still help offered was not satisfactory. I paid over R8000 towards my capfin loan and only about R5500 was recovered. So my question is what happened to the rest of the money paid and near in mind that my name is being dragged through the mud because of your incompetence to do your jobs Nd am still listed on credit bureau as a bad payer. The lady who attended to my case is Zukiswa trying to solve it but failed even when furnished with all the evidence.
