HARASSING STAFF AT MBD ATTORNEYS

<p>I have on 7 occasions sent an affidavit to ********** confirming that i have lost my Driver License and that I have no record of the "so Called" debt owing to Truworths, I have never had a Truworths account in my life!! I currently have a YDE account which is up to date and i cant see how any company would give me new credit if my "so called" old credit is outstanding, as YDE is part of the Truworths company and surely would be able to pick this up on their Database. Furthermore this debt has prescribed and do not see why they are contacting clients for debt made in 2007 please educate your staff members on the Prescription Act. </p>
