Harassing phone calls

<p>I recently went through some financial difficulties and as a result was handed over on my Standard Bank Credit Card. I began receiving calls from MBD Attorneys. I then received calls from McRoberts Attorneys who told me they have taken over the account. I advised MBD accordingly but every single day I receive phone calls from MBD. One consultant even told me to go to Standard Bank and check which attorneys are dealing with the matter. I advised her it's not me who should be doing that, it's her. Surely you should have your facts rights before calling someone for money. She became extremely rude and cut the call. That was 2 days ago. Today, I received another call from MBD. I could not take the call as I was in a meeting but I called the number back, held on for 10 minutes and eventually cut the call. To make matters worse, when they cannot get a hold of me on my cellphone, they call my old workplace for some strange reason. I have given them my new details but obviously nobody at MBD makes notes on their system. Someone should actually take them to court. I am not going to hold my breath for a response. I'm now tired of this. They should rather deal with my attorney.</p>
