Harassing over an ccount I know nothing of

MBD has been calling me and harassing me to pay for an ABSA silver credit card, they claim i app**** for in 2006. I have told them repeatedly that i have never taken such a credit card from ABSA. I have requested that they supply me with a copy of the said contract, I have yet to receive any such proof. According to the law , this debt has prescribed and it is ******* for them to be hounding me for payment.The National Credit Amendment Act, published 13 March 2015, prohibits the sale and collection of Prescribed Debt. Worse off, this is a debt i never made. They have gone as far as threatening to attach my property. I am sick and tired of their calls and texts. This morning they sent me a text, threatening me and demanding payment. ***
