Harassing debt collectors who cannot spend money on getting their systems correct!

This company has been harassing me since I came out of debt review, for their payments, yet after sending them my IT clearance certificate confirming they had bought my debt unbeknown to me and took money from me for 5 years, only for me to find out I never had to pay them as they acted in contradiction to the NCR act.

In addition, they threaten me with litigation and I have told them to initiate it as they are wrong and have **** to me, including their statement balances which never ever drop in accordance with the NCR act. They tell me when I last paid, then the next time their tune changes and they tell me I paid more - ie. their systems are whacked, my email with my IT clearance certificate bounced back.

I have reported them to the legal board and the ombudsman, and teh POPI officer, who are all informing me these lawyers are debt collectors and not registered and no one can get involved.

I lodged a complaint with their employee only to be harassed further for money.

Firstly, they better stop calling me very fast, secondly they better give me my money back and they better get their systems working properly before I go visit their offices personally and cause some harassment back to them.

Nothing in this country works and everyone can be a fly by night debt collector and lie to the entire nation whilst so many people are going under debt review and never get informed of their rights.
