Harassing

Is there someone working there that can actually reply to the email that you sent??? Instead of just phoning and harassing someone over the phone or when one answers the phone you can actually speak and not just keep quiet and put the phone down!??

I was told that I will receive feedback from you with regards to my query and 24hours later no one responded instead you just keep on phoning and you have no telephone etiquette whatsoever
