Harassers

I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the repeated harassment from MBD. Their practices are ridiculous; they have called me up to twenty times in a single day, insisting to speak to a person whose identity i dont know off.

On numerous occasions, I have clearly requested that my phone number be permanently removed from their calling system. Despite these repeated requests, they have consistently refused to honor them.

Today, I received yet another call at 12:38. I asked the representative if their system contained notes from my previous requests for removal. She informed me that there were no such notes. I once again insisted that my number be removed and stated that I would be escalating the matter due to their non-compliance. Her dismissive response was simply, 'I can do so' after which she promptly ended the call. This unprofessional and indifferent attitude is completely unacceptable.
