Harassed/Disrespected

Harrasment I would like to lay a complain regarding one of the Tele-sales Consultant by the name of Minah, She called me Today 08 January 2020 12H00pm.

She was very rude, She can’t speak to me like I’m her friend. I feel so offended , She also hang up the phone while I was still speaking to her. She is very disrespectful.

She cant force me to confirm my date of birth on my work number, although I’m asking her numerous times to call my cellphone. I don’t have any missed call on my cellphone and I don’t appreciate being contacted on my work number , while no attempt have been made to call my personal number.
