Harassed by people claiming to be from MBD
I am being constantly harassed via telephone and sms by people claiming to be from MBD regarding a supposed MTN account; I have sent numerous emails requesting additional information (original invoice , proof and date of default, original contract etc); my emails date back to 2016, to date this information has not been sent to me.
The only MTN account I have ever had was in 2008, to the best of my knowledge this account was paid in full and closed. The National Credit Amendment Act, published 13 March 2015, prohibits the sale and collection of Prescribed Debt.
