Harassed by MBD

I'm tired of being harassed by MBD, I have reported them on this platform on the 11 March 2025 regarding my identity account. I have requested the contract that explains the term I will be paying for my debt. It's been two years paying the account but it's not decreasing. The whole of last year I have been 500.00 but my debt is not decreasing it still the same. I have requested detailed statement that reflects all charges that are billed monthly they failed to provide it. All they know is calling to harass me with their arrogant consultant all they want its a payment. What about documents I requested. They rep**** on my query that I made on 11 March 2025 that they will look into this matter even today it's not resolved. MBD stop calling me the day you call is when you send the requested documents. The total amount I paid this far is R 9600.00 but my debt is not decreasing. I believe I'm being overcharged hence is difficult to provide the documents I requested from them.
