HARASMENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL

I am sooo tired of MBD calling me and harassing's me with payments. I am sure I don't have to explain myself, due to the COVID-19 PANDEMIC, they don't UNDERSTAND what the flippen struggle is for us paying our DEBT!!!!!!!!!!! I spoke to an consultant by the name Thabang or Thabong and he just want to give me chance to talk, he interrupts me and say "he is not the one with the debt i am so i have to listen to him" and best of all is that I tried to made a payment arrangement of R100.00 but HE SAYS sorry we WILL NOT accept it as the installment rate is higher, I mean really what els can I do if that is the only amount I can afford.

Sorry but this is the worst ever and they think they are better....
