Happy with MDB - QUERIES(Customer Department)
I have been quite impressed with MBD Attorneys service, it has improved a lot. But they could also try to assist the payers by sending them paid up letters once they settled the account. Because I have noticed that none of the debt collectors ever go that extra mile once they have collected their client's money, it is the payer who still has to chase for the settlement letter.

31 Oct 2019, 12:34I must give a great complement to the lady who assisted me with my settlement letter, Lerato Hellen Lekabe. She was very efficient in every way, I got my settlement letter in my email from her whilst she was still on the phone with me. She was totally amazing.
