Handed over for closed account

I closed my Foschini account in 2014 - it was paid in full. In April 2015 I was applying for car finance and was told that I am on ITC for an amount outstanding on my Foschini account. I went to the nearest branch where I was told that they made a mistake and that my account was in fact not closed. I AGAIN paid the outstanding amount in full and asked that my account be closed AGAIN. The assistant spoke to head office while I waited who ensured me that the account was now closed. And now MBD is harassing me and telling me that I was handed over for R23!!! I CLOSED THE ACCOUNT - TWICE!!! I will take this further with Afriforum and Solidarity if this is not resolved IMMEDIATELY. I want a letter stating that my account was settled and closed and I want proof that I am off ITC and I want it NOW. I am now beyond being polite and understanding about this. And DO NOT give me the standard response you give to everybody on Hellopeter.
