I really need assistance with this matter as I thought this was sorted out last year. Attached is a letter from MBD which threatens me with all kinds of legal action as they claim that I have an outstanding amount on my MTN account of R5,287.14. Last year I paid the outstanding amount on my MTN account which was only R4,813.00. That was the amount given to me by the MBD representative on my first call, that is the amount I paid and that is the amount which is reflecting on my MTN statement which brought my account up to date again. I'm not sure why I'm getting these letters from them still and it's becoming a case of harassment to say the least. When I made the payment of R4,813 to MBD it took a month and a half between them and MTN to get the R4.813 allocated to my account. The manager in the MTN store Tygervalley is very much aware of how much I struggled to get this money to reflect on my account. Now I received this letter again from MBD, it is upsetting me emotionally to an extend that words can not explain. The level of harassment by these people of something that I have paid is unacceptable. I pleading at this stage that someone in a senior position contact me.
