Regarding the matter Below as seen as urgent

After sending you numerous e-mails to have my account updated and having failed to do so i think it is my right to bring into light that you are the worst company to do business with .

Sending me from one Call centre (I should charge you for the phone calls) to the other and after three months with no resolution , you kindly forward me the same paid up letter that you send me three months ago. Asking you to do a Bureau (Credit) update as according Foshini this account has been sold to YOU(SO IT BELONGS TO YOU) ....nothing was done .

You are placing me in a difficult spot:

My Question is: HOW LONG MUST I WAIT FOR THIS ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSED AND MARKET AS SETTLED JUST BECAUSE I WAS UNDER DEBT REVIEW AND IS PROTECTED AGAINST PEOPLE LIKE YOU(LAZY) WHO CONSTANTLY DO NOT DO YOUR WORK AND MAKE THINGS SLIDE JUST TO GIVE ME A FURTHER BAD CREDIT NAME.
