Gatvol by MBD

I had an account with getbucks that was handed over to MBD the account was paid up in September, yet in the same month they did an ITC update that I’m owing them, in October they didn’t do any update still shows I’m owing them till today they haven’t done any update , they confirmed the account is paid as I received a paid up letter ..... I have been put from pillar to post no-one seems to be helping me and I need this updated on my credit profile as this account is paid up.
