Frustration with MBD Collections' Response
Dear Hellopeter,
I am extremely frustrated with MBD Collections' lack of response to my emails. I have followed up multiple times regarding my settlement letter after paying off my account reference number ***.
Additionally, I have tried countless times to reach them via their contact number. I find myself waiting on the line for 15 minutes, only for the call to be cut off.
