FRUSTRATION
For several years now I have been harassed by this collection agency. They have been trying to collect from someone that is not me and they have the wrong number. I have courteously tried explaining that they have the wrong person and wrong number, I have sent e-mails and I have blocked their numbers via Truecaller. However, they have now resorted to sending me SMS - still trying to collect from the wrong person. I wonder if reporting them to the Law Society would resolve this frustration.

14 Jul 2020, 08:42To the MBD Complaints Officer, it would be a simple courtesy to whoever receives the e-mail complaints at either *** or *** as specified in the barrage of documents and sms', to simply acknowledge receipt of the matter brought to their attention and then provide tangible feedback as opposed to us normal folk, having to have to resort to social media platforms to get some sort of action!
