Frustrating

I contacted hello Peter regarding mbd keep harassing me for payments, when I longtime settled the amount, cell c was contacted, as they were the 1s who gave my account over to them, but now I hear nothing, it's months, I've sent my statement, I have refund that I need to get from them, is it that's y cell c don't contact me back. The debt still show on my credit check
