Frustrated with MBD. What are they doing with my payments.

I am highly frustrated with this company. They continously harras me phone calls, which most of these calls are blank calls or agentsvare busy having a personal chat. I have been asking for a statement of my account for the past year, and I get the same response, confirm your email and we will request it. What is happening to my payments. The agents are rude and arrogant. I had a call just know and the i had to give the same story again. Then she tells me, not to shout they are only trying to help. She tells me I am not co operating and puts the phone down. How hard is it to send a statement. I have been paying my account for almost 2 years and my balance is the same. They can not give me a statement . Why?????? I am paying my account and the agents tells me it is not enough, what nonsense.
