Frustrated for the paid up accounts

I paid my account last year and would like you to assist me with a paid up letter. It was on the 4 th of July 2014 the account number was *** RCS ACCOUNT. I sent an email to RCS requesting a paid up letter the response was I shall ask MBD for the letter. I need it because when I check my credit report it still reflect as unpaid same with Edgar's account and this is frustrating cause I can't get a job. Please help me
