Spoke to lerato lekabe who sent me my letter of settlement, but the account number provided does not work and I am unable to settle, sent lerato countless emails and tried to call, however no assistance is being received I am so frustrated with you guys because I need to settle this and finish. Your service is so horrible, when calling you get people who just put the phone down while you are just talking like mxm.
