********** ********!!!! No Settlement letter for over 6 months!!!
I had an account handed over to this company and I paid in full to settle the account, you people don't even have the decency to send me a paid up letter, I paid this account on the 9th of February 2018 and to date, NOTHING!!!!!! I called in 3 or 4 weeks ago and was promised I would receive a paid up letter with the confirmation email to Trans Union, low and behold NO SETTLEMENT LETTER AND NO CONFIRMATION THAT THIS IS BEING REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT PROFILE WITH TU!!!!!! IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 6 MONTHS!!! YOUR STAFF ARE GOD DAM ***** AND THEY ARE ***********! I WANT THIS RESOLVED TODAY OR I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS THERE IS NO PROOF YOU PEOPLE EVEN TOOK IT TO SETTLE MY ACCOUNT!!!! Send me my documentation!!! **********
