********** debits for a fully paid loan acc

I was a standard bank client. I had a loan with them aswell.

In 2014 I change to Capitec and made a loan with capitec. Part of the loan agreement was that with the loan I app**** at Capitec is that they would settle the current loan with standard bank.

This happend on the 12 December 2014(paid up letter attached).Standard bank in turn received payment but still handed my account over to MBD attorneys in 2017. MBD **********ly started debiting R250 on a weekly basis starting 31 March 2017 as per attached statement without my authorisation. This went on and still going on. I made numerous calls and went into branches. All this debiting amount over R30.000,00 which I want back within the next seven working days. When I contacted standard bank recoveries I spoke to Sarah whom refuse to give her surname which gave me a time of 14:26 as a reference. She also confirmed that payment was received in full for the outstanding loan which was with standard bank. She also advice that I should send statements. Apparently she cant pick up payments for after the settlement amount. However if the account was handed over to MBD *****s and they collected ,to who did the payments go to?

Standard bank handed my account over. Now they are trying to push the buck.

I need to be contacted asap or im taking this to all major news papers and it wont look good for Standard bank. I need my money back.

For further information then please contact me other than that please pay my monies which was *****ulantly taken without my authorisation back in my capitec account.
