On the 01 September I have requested a settlement quatation. The consultant Faith Khanyi emailed it,after receiving the settlement amount I immediately paid it. If I check on the system it reflect an amount outstanding.

I have been trying to call them but I am transferred from pillar to post or they cut my calls. I have even sent an email to Faith Khanyi.
