This ****ING Company does not deserve a rating!!!!They deserve -0 for ****ing and de*****ing people!!!

I am sick and tired of their BULL****! You get calls as early as 7:00 from rude stupid agents who think they know it all!

My account was handed over in January and I started making payments in February as per the agreement.

I have been unemployed for two years due to a chronic condition and therefore can't pay via debit order but make sure that I make payments by the set dates which is the 7th of the month as agreed.

I have kept to my promise so far and have never skipped a single payment!!

What surprises me is that I get a calls every month to remind me to make payment but I'm being given a different outstanding balance everytime.

My balance goes up ****ING R3000 every month regardless of me playing my part and making payments and no one wants to explain to me how those RIDICULOUS charges are accumulated!!

I requested a STATEMENT with a breakdown of all my payments since the account was handed because I need to understand why the BALANCE is going UP instead of ****ING going DOWN!!!

The lady who called me today told me why am I not keeping payment records for myself and HUNG UP on me!!!

Now listen here, I am and will be taking this further!!
