I had a contract with MTN, which MBD took over. I called them beginning of November to ask about the settlement amount which I paid in full, when I called to request for my paid up latter they suddenly created an amount I was never aware of, I paid that amount and requested for the paid letter which was promised to me to this day I have not received. I received my Credit report a beginning of this month and that account was removed. Now suddenly today they account has been added again with a default of R1625 to a account that paid off and supposed to closed

What type of nonsense is this? You make money out of taking people's money.
