********** activities!!!!

Today i received a call from MBD regarding my outstanding virgin active account to make arrangements for payment while i was on the phone with the consultant she told me that i had three outstanding accounts attached to my virgin active account so i asked what she is talking about because there are only two that i know about, she then told me that i have an account outstanding for a mr mcdonald WTH!!!!! i told her that i don't know who that is and that they must remove that account from my profile and this consultant told me i must go open up a case of ***** now.

Firstly. This account wasn't there prior to last month now all of a sudden i have this account on my name from 2017 of which no one called me for.

Secondly. I received three calls from MBD last month all three saying that they required my banking details for the two accounts belonging to me come the end of the month 3 payments were taken off my account. I will not absolutely not tolerate this **** you guys need to sort this out or I will not pay for this account and i will get my lawyers involved because this is prescribed debt after all that i unfortunately acknowledged because i didnt know the law but now i do. so sort your team out because they clearly taking chances.
